Mustafa Estate

Mustafa Estate is located in Pereira, Risaralda, within Colombia’s famed Coffee Axis, known for its traditional high-volume coffee production. Ana Mustafa comes from a coffee-producing family that owns and manages three farms around Pereira.

Until recently, the Mustafa family farms focused on high-volume commercial coffee. Ana’s passion for specialty coffee and access to the specialty market through the LaREB project have inspired her to transition towards producing specialty grade lots on the family farms. Her goal is to convert the majority of the production to specialty coffee.

Ana personally oversees specialised harvesting, careful bean separation, and precise processing protocols for the lots produced. Through these efforts, she has begun releasing high-value specialty coffees in a region traditionally known for commodity coffee, marking a significant evolution for the estate.
