The Story Behind Coppe Coffee
Weslley Coppe was born in Brazil, where coffee is deeply woven into the rhythm of daily life. From a young age, he was captivated not only by the taste and aroma of coffee but also by the stories behind each cup, the journey of the bean, the people who cultivate it, and the role it plays in community and conversation.
With Brazilian and Italian roots, Weslley’s path took him to Italy, where he encountered new flavours and extraction methods that deepened his appreciation for the craft. But it was in 2020, after moving to London, that his dream truly began to take shape. Inspired by his immigrant heritage and driven by a desire to create something meaningful, he envisioned a coffee brand that would unite quality, sustainability, culture and care.
While studying Business Management in the UK, Weslley immersed himself in the world of ethical entrepreneurship and speciality coffee. Through research and real-world exploration, he discovered that building a brand with social and environmental purpose was not only possible but also essential.
From this vision, Coppe Coffee emerged.

Each coffee is sourced with intention, through direct relationships with small producers and cooperatives who share Coppe’s commitment to sustainable farming and ethical trade. Every bean roasted reflects not only its place of origin, but also a deep respect for people and the planet.
Our resealable, eco-friendly bags are minimal in design yet rich in detail, clearly presenting origin, flavour profile and roast. Each element is crafted to enhance the customer’s journey, from first glance to final sip. More than a brand, Coppe Coffee is a cultural and sensory experience. We aim to turn the everyday coffee break into something meaningful, a moment of pleasure, reflection and connection.
