You may not use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. You must not transmit any worms, viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

3. Product Information & Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, and availability information is accurate at the time it is published. However, errors and omissions may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

All offers and discounts are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Coppe Coffee.

4. Pricing

All prices listed are in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for that product.

5. Discount Codes & Promotions

  • Discount codes are limited to one use per customer unless otherwise stated.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to subscriptions, gift cards, or in conjunction with any other offers.

  • Unless otherwise noted, discount codes apply to coffee products only.

  • We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time without notice.

BOGO Offers (Buy One Get One)

  • Offer applies to the lowest priced eligible item in the cart.

  • Excludes subscriptions and other non-qualifying products unless otherwise stated.

  • Cannot be combined with any other discount.

6. Free Samples

Occasionally, we may include a free sample with your order. These may be from Coppe Coffee or our partners and could contain allergens. If you do not wish to receive free samples, please add a note to your order at checkout.

7. Returns & Cancellations

We offer a 30-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

To initiate a return, contact us at contact@coppecoffee.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we will provide return instructions and a shipping label if applicable. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If goods are faulty or incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders already dispatched cannot be cancelled but may be returned under our return policy.

8. Shipping

UK Orders

  • Delivered via Royal Mail. Orders usually arrive within 3 working days, but please allow up to 28 days.

International Orders

  • Also sent via Royal Mail. Delivery times vary by country but generally arrive within 7–28 days.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and product images, is the property of Coppe Coffee or its content suppliers and is protected by UK and international copyright and trademark laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from this site without express written permission.

Coppe Coffee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products, except where required by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
