Brewing guide:

For a single cup (approx. 300ml), use 18g of freshly ground coffee.
Grind to a medium-coarse consistency (similar to sand).
Boil fresh water, then let it rest for one minute to reach ~95°C.
Place a filter paper into the V60, rinse it with hot water, and discard the rinse water.
Add your coffee, then begin pouring slowly in circular motions. The full pour should take around 3–4 minutes.

The result? A clean, vibrant brew, rich in nuance and aroma.
