Cultivated in Colombia’s renowned Coffee Axis region, marks Ana Mustafa’s inspiring shift from high-volume commercial coffee production to specialty grade excellence. Ana, who leads the LaREB cooperative alongside Herbert and other dedicated producers, supports smaller or less experienced farmers through expert advice and rigorous quality control, ensuring more value is returned directly to the growers.

This decaffeinated coffee, made from the Castillo varietal, is grown at altitudes between 1,550 and 1,650 metres above sea level and processed using the EA Sugarcane Washed method, enhancing clarity and complexity in the cup. Ana hails from a longstanding coffee-producing family in Pereira, Risaralda, and has recently introduced specialised harvesting, meticulous sorting, and refined processing techniques on her family farms.
