From Brazil’s Fazenda Nunes, naturally processed beans bring notes of cocoa and a smooth, nutty base. From Honduras, washed coffee produced by the COMSA collective adds layers of caramel-like sweetness and balance, a reflection of the cooperative’s commitment to sustainability and community development. Finally, from Uganda, the Midnight Flyer lot contributes lively brightness and structure, grown and washed with meticulous care in the Rwenzori region.

The result is a blend that harmonises body, sweetness and complexity. Fazenda Nunes showcases Brazil’s tradition of naturally processed coffees, COMSA brings Honduras’s dedication to quality and social impact, and Midnight Flyer represents the energy and vibrancy of Ugandan terroir.
